Christina Malloy is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, having earned her certification in November 2015. With a career in mental health and substance abuse nursing since 2009, Christina has extensive experience in both acute inpatient and outpatient care settings. Outside of her professional life, Christina enjoys spending days at the beach and swimming. She cherishes time with her multigenerational family and her two sons, finding joy and balance in their company.
Amy Gorman is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Credentialed Mental Health Screener who has over 25 years of experience providing mental health and substance use counseling. She has extensive experience in crisis intervention and in coping with anxiety and mood instability. Amy believes that her own lived recovery experience helps to support her empathetic and always judgement free approach. She believes in a person-centered philosophy which allows each member to work towards their own ideal recovery and wellbeing goals, integrating in some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and techniques including Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Trauma Narrative Therapy. Outside of work, Amy enjoys baking, theater and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Sarah Grove, FNP-C, specializes in caring for patients with substance use and other acute/chronic health conditions. Her background is as a primary care and addiction medicine provider. Sarah is passionate about providing care to those in marginalized/underserved communities and working collaborative with patients to best meet their individual needs. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas in Austin and her Bachelor of Science at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Sarah is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Society of Addiction Medicine. She also speaks Spanish, having spent time in Guatemala as a Peace Corp volunteer. When she's not at work, Sarah enjoys running, hiking, baking and spending time with her 2 children and 2 dogs.
Annette Skinner is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with more than 15 years in the mental health and addiction fields. Her diverse experience spans outpatient and community care, with a strong commitment to reducing stigma around HIV/AIDS, mental health, and addiction.
Annette is a compassionate, empathetic therapist who believes in the process of therapy. She utilizes a warm, nonjudgmental, client-centered approach to help individuals better understand their patterns of feeling and thinking. Annette incorporates Mindfulness practices and is proficient with Motivational Interviewing, the Stages of Change Model, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Restorative Practices.
