For Providers

We’re your partner in behavioral health support—delivering wraparound SDoH services for your patients and actionable population-level insights for your team.
Many behavioral health providers have told us that they are understaffed and overburdened.

Whether it is extending support post-discharge or addressing everyday life needs (SDoH), many times the keys to long-term success are beyond your reach. Health plans continue to sharpen their focus on quality, increasing the pressure to perform. This is challenging, since you have limited access to performance data to help you understand your impact and benchmark your outcomes.

How Wayspring Can Help

Wayspring helps behavioral health providers improve outcomes through a unique combination of patient support services, behavioral health expertise, actionable insights, and hands-on partnership.

Extending the Impact of Your Care

Wayspring’s actively engages complex behavioral health patients. Our interdisciplinary care team—including physicians, advanced practice nurses, licensed counselors, and engagement specialists—offers support (virtually and in-person) for physical, behavioral, and substance use care as well as SDoH needs such as housing, mobile phone access, financial assistance, and more.

We extend and enhance the care patients are receiving from your facility. This includes serving as a backup and additional layer of resources for you and supporting patients post discharge to ensure ongoing access to the social support and resources they need to thrive.

At no cost, our extensive resources are “on call” for you as a provider. We step in where you need back up, and our services are 100% additive to the care your patients receive. This is true teamwork.

Empowering Your Team with Insights

We offer actionable insights into population-level data and consultative guidance so you can objectively evaluate your performance. We’ll help you identify both strengths and opportunities for improvement, while setting you up for success with your health plan partners.

This includes access to our secure platform with specific recommendations for improvement. As part of our process, we also help you effectively participate in alternative payment models, which are growing more popular among health plans as a way to align incentives.

Our comprehensive approach is aimed at improving the quality of care individuals receive, generating total cost of care savings on behavioral health spend, and improving related HEDIS/Quality scores. We succeed when you succeed.

We Never Bill
Fee-For-Service

Every one of our contracts is based on performance, meaning we only get paid when populations get healthier. We never bill fee-for-service. This allows us to make our capabilities are available “a la carte” for providers and members. There is no incentive for us to compete with you, only to collaborate.

What Our Provider Partners Are Saying

Wayspring fills the gap when we are near the end of treatment. They work side-by-side with our team to help with care coordination and help the patient successfully transition back home.
Liz McKune, Chief Operating Officer
Seven Counties Services
It’s been really helpful partnering with Wayspring. They work with us to figure out what patients need after discharge, so we can get ahead of it while they’re still here. It adds an extra layer of support to the work we’re doing.
