Alice Heywood joined Wayspring as Chief Legal Officer, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her 12-year tenure as Senior Counsel at HCA Healthcare. There, she spearheaded complex mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, successfully closing transactions of nearly $2 billion in 2022 alone. Prior to HCA, Alice enhanced her expertise at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis, specializing in healthcare transactions. Beyond her professional realm, she co-owns a beloved toy store in Nashville and is deeply dedicated to her family. Alice holds a B.A. in Honors History from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctorate from The University of Memphis – Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
