Alice Heywood is Chief Legal Officer at Wayspring, bringing extensive experience in healthcare law and complex transactions. Before joining Wayspring, Alice spent 12 years as Senior Counsel at HCA Healthcare, where she led mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, closing transactions totaling nearly $2 billion in 2022 alone. She began her legal career at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, specializing in healthcare transactions. Alice earned a B.A. in Honors History from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis – Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
