Ashley Potts is an experienced clinical change-maker with a passion for transforming standards of care and engagement in addiction services. She leads Wayspring’s Member Operations across all markets, working to ensure that our marginalized and vulnerable populations are connected to holistic care to support their wellness. Prior to joining Wayspring, Ashley led strategic program initiatives for various addiction services at Highmark Health. Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has an extensive background as a clinical operations leader in substance use disorder and crisis management services.
