Ashley Potts is a respected clinical operations leader and seasoned speaker with a passion for transforming standards of care and engagement in addiction services. She leads Wayspring’s market operations in Delaware and Illinois, working to ensure that vulnerable populations are connected to the whole-person support they need for lasting recovery. Prior to joining Wayspring, Ashley led strategic program initiatives for addiction services at Highmark Health. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in substance use disorder treatment, crisis management services, and clinical operations leadership.
