Bob Waegelein

Bob Waegelein is Chief Financial Officer at Wayspring, bringing more than 15 years of experience in healthcare finance and strategy. He oversees financial operations and risk-based performance models that enable Wayspring to deliver sustainable, value-based care for individuals with substance use disorder. Bob partners closely with operational teams to align financial insights with business objectives, driving growth, efficiency, and measurable outcomes. Before joining Wayspring, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Monogram Health, where he built finance, medical economics, and actuarial teams. Bob previously held leadership roles as CFO of PopHealthCare and was among the first employees at naviHealth, supporting finance, business development, and operations. He earned a B.A. in Business from Franklin & Marshall College. Bob is a member of the 2026 Council Fellows Class through the Nashville Health Care Council.
