Frazer Buntin is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience driving strategy, operations, and value-based care innovation. As Chief Operating Officer at Wayspring, he oversees enterprise operations and market performance, ensuring alignment across teams and partnerships to deliver scalable solutions that improve outcomes for members with substance use disorder. Before joining Wayspring, Frazer served as Chief Operating Officer of Episode Solutions and President of Value-Based Services at Evolent Health, where he managed national operations for payer partnerships. He also co-founded Silvercare Solutions, one of the nation’s largest providers of healthcare management services for seniors. Frazer earned his MBA from Vanderbilt University and his undergraduate degree from The University of the South. A recognized industry leader, he is a former board member of The Health Care Transformation Task Force and Leadership Health Care and was honored with the Nashville Health Care Council’s “Health Care Heroes Award” in 2012.
