Kim Sperring is an experienced healthcare executive and registered nurse with more than 40 years of leadership across ambulatory, acute, post-acute, and behavioral health hospital settings. She leads client relationships in Delaware and market operations in Iowa. Kim also leads operations for Wayspring’s legacy business, axialHealthcare. Kim brings deep expertise in operational strategy, clinical quality, and partner collaboration to ensure strong performance and meaningful impact for the members and organizations we serve. She attended the Washington Hospital School of Nursing, earned a Master’s in Public Health from Carnegie Mellon University, and completed a leadership certificate program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
