Michelle brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare operations and business development to her role as the Vice President of Operations for Wayspring’s Kentucky market. In this role she oversees SUD Home operations in Lexington and Louisville, fosters strategic partnerships with facility providers, and drives initiatives to improve patient outcomes. In her most recent leadership role at an SUD outpatient organization, she played a key role in expanding market share in Kentucky. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s in Business Administration, both earned at Western Kentucky University.
