Sarah Mansouri

Sarah Mansouri is an experienced change-maker with a passion for transforming the treatment of mental illness and improving access to high-quality behavioral healthcare. She leads Wayspring’s client and state relationships in Kentucky, guiding strategic collaboration and performance efforts that support improved outcomes for the members and partners we serve. Before joining Wayspring, Sarah served as Chief of Staff at Psych Hub and previously held the role of Director of Health Policy and Strategy at TennCare, Tennessee’s Medicaid program, where she helped shape statewide behavioral health initiatives. She holds a master’s degree in public health and a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience and public health from Vanderbilt University.
