Scott Royston is Chief Growth Officer at Wayspring, bringing deep expertise in market strategy and health plan partnerships. He leads the company’s national expansion, guiding initiatives that deliver innovative substance use disorder care models to more communities across the country. Scott works closely with payors to align growth strategies with operational goals, improve member outcomes, and create sustainable value through risk-based arrangements. Before joining Wayspring, he was an investor with Sandbox Industries, focusing on payor services and serving as a Board Observer at Wayspring. He previously worked in healthcare investment banking, advising large health systems on strategy and M&A. Scott earned a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
