Troy Mashburn

Troy Mashburn is Senior Vice President of Network Solutions at Wayspring, bringing extensive experience in provider engagement and network development. He leads strategies to optimize provider networks that support Wayspring’s mission of improving outcomes for individuals with substance use disorder. Before joining Wayspring, Troy implemented patient and member engagement solutions for providers, hospitals, and health plans nationwide through leadership roles at CareWire and PerfectServe. He also spent a decade in management consulting, helping clients design growth strategies and drive operational efficiency at Next Street and Stockamp & Associates (now Huron Healthcare). Troy earned a B.A. in Economics and History from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
