Jennifer Johnson
Regional Vice President, Clinical Operations
Jennifer joined Wayspring in January of 2022 and currently serves as the Regional Vice President of our Clinical Operations team. Her experience includes time at both I.U. Health and Evolent Health, where she gained expertise in many facets of population health management, including program effectiveness, performance management, operational acceleration, and excellence. Her focused experience includes working with large health systems, physician groups, and various payors. At Wayspring, she leads new implementations and process improvement initiatives and drives the Clinical Operations team to reach unexpected outcomes. The Wayspring mission is incredibly important to her, as she has personal experience with substance abuse within her family. Jennifer received her Master’s in Healthcare Administration from WGU Indiana.
