Kate Johnson
Vice President, Solution Strategy
Kate Johnson is Wayspring’s dot connector. With more than a decade of experience, she leads solution improvement efforts spanning new capability development, optimization of existing services, preparing for scale, and transformational change. Prior to joining Wayspring, Kate was the Vice President of Solution Improvement at naviHealth. Kate received a graduate degree in higher education administration from Vanderbilt University and also attended Auburn University where she received her bachelor’s degree in mathematics. Outside of work, Kate enjoys international travel, crafting, and live sports events.
