Lirui Li
Executive Director, Delaware Market
Lirui joined the Wayspring team in 2023 as Executive Director in Delaware. She has experience in healthcare strategy and operations and has worked with providers and health plan partners for most of her career. Before Wayspring, Lirui oversaw a multi-site primary care business focused on Medicare Advantage patients in Greater Philadelphia. She also served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of a Philadelphia-based healthcare system with a strong Medicaid and Medicare mix. Lirui received her B.A. in Psychology from Harvard College and an MBA from The Wharton School.
